After order confirmation, it will be shipped within 2-3 business days through CJ Logistics.
Due to the high volume of orders, it may take 3 to 5 days to prepare the product, and there may be some delay depending on the circumstances of the delivery company.

Exchange/Return
* Return and exchange criteria *
- If you wish to exchange/return, please contact the Customer Service Center (070 5003 0210) or contact us through the inquiry bulletin board.
- If a serious defect occurs within a week from the date of receipt, the product can be exchanged/returned.
- Simple change of mind exchange/return is possible within 7 days from the date of receipt. (Available only when the product is unopened)
- Exchanges and returns are not possible after 7 days from the date of receipt (including unopened products).
- If any of the products or components are lost, damaged, broken, or contaminated, returns are not possible.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned.
- In case of a simple change of mind rather than a product defect, the exchange/return shipping fee (KRW 6,000) is borne by the customer.

- Do not use the product together with separately sold items not provided by the seller or drop the product while moving.
